So that’s why we have come out with list of favorite questions together with its answer so you will have more understanding of our product. Perfume Originallity
1. Does all the perfume that PerfumeMania sell is authentic/original?
Yes, All perfume sold are 100% original
2. Can PerfumeMania guarantee that the perfume is authentic /original?
Yes we guarantee it and we are providing return policy for customer satisfaction. Please refer to our Term&Condition for more details.
3. How can I check the perfume is authentic /original?
There are many ways you can check, for examples please refer to notes provided by PerfumeMania on ‘How to differentiate Original and Fake perfumes’
4. Why does perfume rejected?
Perfume is rejected due to:
- Packaging damages. Perfume is luxury products and its packaging is expected to be perfect before it can be sold. Any damage to the packaging will caused the perfume to be rejected.
- Tester units. All perfume-counter will be supplied with tester unit for testing purposes. Tester unit is not allowed be sold. Any remaining of tester unit will be returned back and labeled as reject perfume.
- Manufacturing defects on bottles. Any bottles that have even little defects during manufacturing process will be rejected.
Packaging
5. Do PerfumeMania perfumes come with original box?
Normally it don’ts. Most of our perfume is rejected because of box damage, so we usually import the perfume without boxes. This will help a lot in reducing import duty because without box it will be declared as loose item and this will reduce the duty. By doing this, we are able to sell the perfume at lower price for perfume lover.
But, we will provide velvet pouch with every purchase of our perfume. This velvet pouch is more useful than a box, it can protect your perfume when you bring it anywhere with you.
Ordering and Delivery
6. How can I order the perfume from PerfumeMania?
Simple, just follow these steps:
- Contact PerfumeManiaAdmin and inform which perfume that you like and its size(eg: 50ml/100ml)
- We will inform the stock availability based on your order
- Confirmed order will be asked for deposit of RM30. Remaining balance need to be settled before we make the delivery to you.
- You can self collect at Ampang/KL area or we can directly courier to your house or office with minimal courier fee.
- For courier service, you will receive your perfume within 1-2 days after delivery.
7. How do I make payment?
Internet makes life easy! You can just transfer the payment via:
- Maybank (preferred)
- CIMB (preferred)
- RHB
- HSBC
- By hand (if you choose to meet up)

9. Can I have discount?
Of course we are happy to give you discount:) as you already know, most of our price are discounted more than 50% from counter price. However we will give you free gift vial perfume (worth rm10 each) if you are buying 2 bottles and above:)
10. Is there any risk of bottles break during courier?
Don’t worry, we never have any case where the bottle is break during courier. This is because we are using solid box for delivery and the perfumes are wrap neatly with bubbles-wrap and it’s surrounded with sponge. We will take all necessary action to avoid any damage to your perfume.
11. Why sometime I have to wait before receiving my perfume?
This seldom happens:)
FYI, we do have a lot of ready stocks. However rejected perfumes are not like normal perfumes where we can just order exact quantity from supplier based on customer order. Rejected perfumes stocks are random and based on reject rated of each month. Due to this, we can’t always send the perfume immediately to customer, sometimes we have to wait for another shipment from supplier (next stock). But don’t worry, it will not take long. Normally just around 1 week. We will tell customer upfront if they have to wait for the stock. It’s up to customer if they are willing to wait or not. Normally its worth to wait:)
